Serenity at Francis Bay

Love at first sight! There is no need to look further; this is the one. Serenity at Francis Bay offers everything you will need and then some. Each bedroom offers privacy and luxury. It is beautifully appointed and offers stellar views from every room and deck. The pool and grounds are pristine, the sound system state of the art. And the kitchen - well, I could just live in there forever. Consider 2 weeks…one is not enough to fully explore the island and to fully enjoy the villa.

A 5 Star Destination

Our group of 6 (3 couples 50+ years young) recently had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful week at Serenity. We were looking for a property that was removed from the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay and provided easy access to the gorgeous beaches St. John has to offer - needless to say Serenity delivered! The house is nestled on a hillside in the middle of the national park where you are surrounded by a lush landscape. We were able to watch the sunrise over Leinster Bay from the east facing decks on the house and toast the sunset over Francis Bay from the pool deck each day. During the night we were greeted by gorgeous stars and serenaded by the sounds of frogs and other wildlife. The gorgeous uncrowded beach at Francis Bay is a short 5 minute walk from the house and other beaches such as Maho and Cinnamon are just a short 10 minute drive. It was pretty cool to walk to Francis Bay and snorkel where we saw rays, turtles, barracuda, and countless other fish. 
The house is wonderfully appointed and provided adequate space for our group to spread out and have privacy. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare the meals that we had at the house. 
The property management team and on-island property host were super responsive.
We could not have asked for a more perfect week!

Wonderful Property on St. John

My family had the the pleasure of staying at Serenity during the 25-26 holidays. We loved it! Communication from the hosts was impeccable and when we arrived, the property manager directed us to the exquisite home perched in Francis Bay. The home itself is brand new - top of the line amenities, beautiful windows for panoramic views, the bedrooms are well appointed and 5 star quality! Outside is picturesque with sunrises to the east, paired with the sounds and views of pelicans diving in to pond below. To the west is a beautiful inground pool with a lovely patio that overlooks St Thomas and the boats moored below. The icing on the cake with Serenity, is its one of the FEW homes on the island that you can walk to the beach, Francis Beach. Each day, we simply loaded our wagon (provided by Serenity), our cooler and took a short stroll to the beautiful beach with 82 degree water, where we snorkled for hours. 
If I had to state a negative about Serenity - it was that we had to leave.

Best House on St. John

Kathy, Hope you’re doing well. Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my recent stay at Serenity at Francis Bay. As you know, I have been to St John many times and have always enjoyed the Francis Bay Area. Quiet, Scenic and Very Relaxing. I love the fact that as a Guest at Serenity you have the Luxury of being able to watch the Sun Rise and Set from the same Beautiful location. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. I also enjoyed the very relaxing hike through the Old Plantation down to the Beach and back. I look forward to spending more time at Serenity in the future. “We had a wonderful time visiting St John and staying at Serenity on St. Francis Bay. This is a beautiful perch with both sunrise and sunset views and a lovely breeze to accompany them. The house has everything you could want in a home away from home. Beautifully decorated with gorgeous natural light and state of the art appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Easy drive or tropical walk to a beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting some old haunts and a few new ones and coming "home" to Serenity.”
