MONTHLY&nbsp;WINTER RATES commencing Fall of&nbsp;2026 - November 1- April 30 $3,400.00/ month. References and a $1,700 security/damage deposit** is required. Kingfishers Retreat 

Kingfisher retreat is exactly that…a private, tranquil setting to enjoy nature. Have a morning coffee in the beautiful garden or overlook the water views. There are lots of walking trails nearby plus the use of kayaks to explore the bay. Also we ate at some great restaurants in the area. I use a cane and there was no problem getting around. The apt. Is clean and accessible, the beds and furniture comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts are friendly and helpful. My husband and I plan on returning.
