Gorwel is a semi-detached ‘50s 3 bed home. With lovely sea views and sunsets, it’s also just below Harlech Castle: a lovely, peaceful and fantastic location. On the edge of Snowdonia, there are mountains to trek too. Harlech itself has a quirky high street with quaint cafes, bars and a local produce deli. Portmeirion is a short trip away. The train ride to Pwllheli (West) or Barmouth (South) offers a fantastic relaxing trip around Tremadog Bay. Overlooks the Royal St David’s Golf Course.

Absolutely lovely

We definitely recommend it if visiting the area. Superb views from the front and back of the property. Garage is a peace of mind especially if you ride a motorbike like I did, my baby was safe for the night. Great value for the money paid. Place was clean and comfortable. The host communicated with us and was very responsive and friendly. If we come back in the area will definitely try to book this place. Great hosts. Thank you. When we will visit North Wales we will definitely book again.
