A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.</strong> </li><li>BBQ needs to be cleaned properly else there will be an additional $50 charge for cleaning because our cleaners will charge that extra money.</li><li>we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, so we are expecting guests to be respectful of the property and keep it clean.</li></ul>
