Luxury Designer Suite in the historical center of La Spezia

Wir wurden super lieb empfangen und toll ausführlich eingewiesen inkl. guter Tipps für die Umgebung. Alain und Elvira sind unglaublich freundlich, was den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Auch für Fragen sind sie immer erreichbar gewesen, auch vorab. Und sigar beim Gepäck wurde uns geholfen. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und ist wunderschön und mit top Produkten ausgestattet. Nicht nur die Qualität der ganzen Einrichtung ist super und gut durchdacht, auch an die Umwelt wurde hier gedacht. Außerdem war alles mega sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Das Appartement hat eine wunderbare Lage in der Stadt und einen Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hauseingang. Der Bahnhof ist auch gleich ums Eck. Der schöne italienische Balkon gibt einem nochmal das extra Italien Feeling und war in meinem Fall der ausschlaggebende Buchungsgrund. Die Fenster sind so gut isoliert, dass man von draußen gar keine störenden Geräusche wahrnimmt - diese Ruhe ist so viel wert! 
Wir würden immer wieder kommen und es jedem weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gefühlt wie in einem zweiten zu Hause.

Beautiful and comfortable renovated apartment, excellent location close to the train station, you can find free parking for a car 5-10 minutes away. The owners are nice and available and helpful.
