This waterfront home is located in Garfield Bay on Lake Pend Oreille. Located in a protected bay, you will enjoy the lake views from the home and the tranquility of the forest. With a large, deep water dock, you can bring your own boat and use the boat lift (July 15-September 15). Lake Pend Oreille is known for trophy trout fishing. You'll be cooking fish on our grill that has a hardline gas option or charcoal. &nbsp;In the evening, relax at the gas fire pit on the deck or jump in the brand new hot tub.
The home comfortably sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds over 2 full sized beds. It also has a great puzzle and game collection for the kids and adults alike. The great room features a well-stocked kitchen and a dining table that can be for meals or puzzles in the evening. The smart TV features Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. &nbsp;Also stocked is an extensive DVD collection, and for the kids at heart, XBox. &nbsp;
This is a dog-friendly home so please bring your four legged friends. We have a bed for them next to the cozy gas fireplace and separate food/water bowls too.&nbsp;
We are a minute from the public marina and conveniently two minutes from Odie's Grocery store if you need last second items. We are centrally located between world famous skiing and fun themeparks. We are a 20 minute drive north to downtown Sandpoint and a 35 minute drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort. &nbsp;Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach are 35 minutes south of us. Coeur d'Alene is approximately 50 minutes south of our home.

Lake Pend Oreille Cabin Dock, Boat Lift, Hot Tub

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time at Dock Holiday. The deck lights, gas firepit and heater worked great so we could enjoy evenings outside on the expansive deck and the hot tub on the lower deck level had amazing lake views night and day. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and games and puzzles were nice to have on hand for fun. The dog bed and bowls were a nice addition for our dog as well as the gate on the upper deck which allowed for an outdoor area he could enjoy but also be contained. We so enjoyed our time here and hope to get back some year to enjoy Dock Holiday in the Summer season.

Great Lake Escape

We stayed here for our Christmas ski vacation and the owners went above and beyond to decorate the house in Christmas decorations just for us!! We had a real Christmas tree and everything! I was worried it wouldn’t feel like Christmas since we were not in our own home but it was the best Christmas ever in the cutest, coziest lake house!! The lake view is amazing and with the snow it felt like a winter wonderland! We truly loved staying here! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner we brought! The house in general is actually over stocked with everything and anything you might need! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We have 100% positive things to say about our stay here. Everything is beautiful and well thought out. One of the most well appointed places we have ever stayed. So comfortable and cozy, with incredible views. These people are very good at what they do and would love to stay at their other rentals as well based on what we saw here.

Best of region 

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the very clean (!) Dock Holiday Cabin in February 2021.  The cabin felt warm and welcoming the moment we walked in the door ~ with the candles on the table, the gas fireplace and the gift bag on the island!  The views of the snow capped mountains ~ absolutely spectacular!!  Definitely a good place to come for some rest, peace & quiet.  

Great Stay!!

This was a fabulous place to start 2021 after the stress of 2020! The location was ideal for a quick trip to the slopes, it was so peaceful and so very relaxing. Bethany has thought of all the details to make the trip enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked, the place was spotless, the deck was set up for a relaxing drink by the fire, the TV and WIFI options were easy to access. We couldn't have asked for more- except maybe extra days off! Hope to return in the summer months to enjoy the lake.
