This 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the upper level of the Riverview House. It has two balconies (front faces the Guadalupe River and the rear is a great place to watch deer and other wildlife roam the property. It has a large living room with lots of seating and Roku TV, and stocked kitchen and dining area. The lower and upper units are not connected from the inside - totally separate, each with their own private entrance and parking area.
Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Riverview Upper, 1BR/1BA, 2 Balconies, Sleeps 4

Another great stay at these spacious accommodations (Casa Blanca) in our favorite town to visit.

Spacious Rental, Repeat Visit, Favorite!

Eddie is such an accommodating host. He managed to find us an extra dorm fridge because this rental only have a dorm fridge. It was not enough for our 4 nights stay. He also got us a coffeemaker per our request because the Keurig was not sufficient for us. Bed was comfortable and clean. The most amazing part is the River access/River park area of this place. It has the most awesome river access(without lily pads and deepwater)in comparison with the other places we have had stayed in Ingram in the past. Definitely will book this place again.

Wonderful !!

We had a great time Eddie. Thank you for the tour of the property. Our stay in the RIverview House, Upper Unit was perfect. We had everything we needed for a few days away. You have done an excellent job with this property. I might just have to come with my mom and sister for a girl trip and try one of the other units.
 Thanks again.
