This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is a bit "modern-rustic" with a two-sided porch, and walking distance to the riverfront. Designed for 10 people (1 King and 4 Queen beds) but with sleeper sofa in living room, it is possible to sleep up to 12 people. It has a full kitchen, Keurig Duo coffee station, living/dining area, Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of places to relax outside, including a gas grill and a firepit.
Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area across the road from the office area. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!
Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Secluded Brown House, 3BR/2BA, Porch, Grill, Sleeps 10

We've visited a couple of times each summer for a few years now, and we are always sad to leave. Wonderful get away! Management is excellent. Perfect location with great river access.

Great stay as always!

Since Canyon Lake is virtually out of water I wanted somewhere we could enjoy the jet ski with my grandkids and their parents. We are a large group and the house was big enough for all of us. Stocked up with utensils and not only a charcoal grill but also propane. We needed both to feed our group. The walk to get to the river was close. Fishing and kayaking was a success and the boat ramp to put the jet ski in was less than a mile away. Great location for water fun.

Memorial Day Get Away with large group

House is super CLEAN and organize. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back next year!

Small Family Reunion!

Family of 10 had plenty of space and privacy. The cabin has everything you’d need and the river front was lots of fun. Absolutely enjoyed and will be back for sure.

Perfect place

This was a weekend getaway for us with our adult kids and the dog. We had a great experience - comfortable and peaceful. We spent several hours on the river and cooked up some local fare. I'd recommend Eddie and the Casa Blanca group.
