This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a recent remodel in a private area of our property. It can comfortably sleep 12 people ( 6 beds), has a full kitchen, living/dining area, and Roku TV. Plenty of places to relax outside on the cedar-fenced deck, which includes a gas grill and deck chairs. Enclosed back yard. Free Wi-Fi. Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront, which includes a deck extending over the river, rope swing, rock patio, and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet from office, across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include kayaks and life vests but you need to bring your own tubes and float devices. 
Casa Blanca is managed by Stayhillcountry.com and committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Very nice and clean house with a great location. We will definitely be back next year. 

River fun

2 Families of 4 shared the North House and it was ideal.  Had baseball tourney in Kerrville and was able to come back to the house daily and cool off in the beautiful Guadalupe river.  Home had all the amenities that we needed and check in/out was a seamless process.  River is very peaceful in this area and really doesn't flow too much so a great place to anchor out and watch the kids go off the rope swing.  Highly recommend this place!

Baseball Tourney/River Therapy

The North House is new remodel and awesome inside. New deck offers lots of outdoor fun.  We loved the location and definitely coming back.
