The villa is comfortable and can easily accommodate 10 family and friend, as there is a sofa bed. 
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a &nbsp;King size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

This is a great location, a spacious 4 bedroom, and clean. Stephen and Johanna were accessible and responsive in resolving a spa heating problem. Thank you, hope to come back again.

Great place

Villa is lovely and well organised in a great location in a gated community near all the attractions and restaurants. The villa is well proportioned spacious and clean with new flat screen tv’s in all rooms. The resort also boasts a lovely clubhouse with fitness room and large heated pool. Highly recommended for location and comfort the management company are extremely responsive and very helpful thanks for a lovely stay.

Excellent stay at this villa

This is an excellent villa with absolutely everything you might need during your stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and lots of extras in the garage, like golf clubs and inflatables for the pool. The villa was immaculate when we arrived, and the pool was cleaned each week. The villa is within a secure development with lovely views of the lake. Both the owner and management company were really responsive both before and during our stay. Our family couldn’t find anything negative to say about the villa and we’re already making plans to return next year. Thank you so much!

Beautiful villa with all you’ll need

This was our third time staying at this villa on Marcello Blvd in the Bella Vida Resort, and once again it was absolutely wonderful.
The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need — washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and more. The beds are large and very comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, plates, and cutlery provided. There are also thoughtful extras for children, such as pool inflatables and bikes to enjoy.
Any minor issues were dealt with promptly by the villa management company, and Stephen, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the booking and payment process.
I would 100% recommend this villa to any family. The resort feels safe and peaceful, and the location is ideal — with a Walmart and Chick-fil-A just at the end of the street, and only around 15–20 minutes’ drive to Disney.
