Living Area 
This villa features two living areas. The bright and airy first living room features comfy sofas designed for relaxation and socialising. A wall-mounted TV provides entertainment without taking up space, while a full-size pool table adds a fun and engaging element, perfect for family and friends to enjoy quality time together.
The main open plan living area, blends the kitchen, dining, and living area into one large space. This modern design is perfect for gatherings and entertaining, with plenty of natural light creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Families can enjoy quality time cooking, chatting, or relaxing together. The living area, with newly fitted luxury vinyl planking and modern furnishings, features a comfy yet elegant design, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Plush sofas are arranged to create an inviting atmosphere, encouraging family gatherings and friendly conversations. A stylish coffee table sits at the center, complementing the overall decor. The large wall mounted TV makes this the perfect spot to enjoy movie nights or catch up on your favourite shows, all TV’s in the villa are ROKU equipped to allow access to our guests own video streaming such as Netflix, Amazon etc. Patio doors lead out to the sun drenched west facing pool deck. This living area balances relaxation and sophistication, offering a wonderful space to unwind after a day of exploring Orlando.

Queen Bedroom - Enjoy the luxury and comfort of the second master ensuite bedroom (yellow), with a Queen sized bed. Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Tuscan Ridge is great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday. The villas are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios only minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
There is a Publix supermarket and two gas stations located minutes away on the junction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
