Casita U-12

We absolutely loved our experience at U12 and are so sad to have had to go home. We will be back!

Amazing

This was our second stay at U-12 this year and we loved it just as much as the last time. The pool, pagoda and vibrant green garden out back are perfect for spending time in, and it's a close walk to the beach. Beautiful furniture, a/c in all of the rooms, pet friendly and a full kitchen to prepare food in (make sure to pick some up on your way in). Also highly recommend the ice cream and lattes at Scoops and Spokes ;)

Beautifully designed and Relaxing Home

My family and I stayed in House U-12 for a couple days while in Hacienda Iguana. The house met our needs and was clean and comfortable. The backyard was our favorite place to be. Beautiful pool and great ambiance. Overall, our stay was awesome and we loved the community.

Thank you for a nice and relaxing week!

Beautiful House in an awesome community

We loved U12 close to the ocean great accomidations and Uliana and Hayden provided great customer service!

renter

Uli and Hayden have a deep knowledge of the Iguana community and a wide selection of rentals. We started off in their loft and enjoyed all the conveniences nearby and later moved to U12 to get a little closer to the water and enjoy the pool during the day and after surf sessions. U12 is a nice, clean, and quiet home and very comfortable for a couple or family with virtually every amenity needed for a great stay.
