Casita Mar Y Posa Close to Playa Potrero Beach

Great location! We stayed at the 6 person house and it was really nice. The place was very peaceful. We hope to return next time we go to Potrero.

Very Peaceful, Great Location

Great place... everything clean and location 👌 I would come back

Great Place!

Wow what a gem! We would have stayed longer if we could. Mar y Posa is well located to Portrero beach and cute restaurants and also well located to many lovely beaches in the area. The host was very proactive and reached out to me to find out our travel plans so she could meet us as well as gave us a handy pdf in advance of favorite spots, which we leveraged. We also appreciated that Susan stayed up way past her bedtime to greet us/let us in. Place was also perfect for our family of 5 including 3 young adult kids in terms of layout and was squeaky clean and well located. I would love to stay here again and it felt like we got a great deal during high season. Thanks again for the great stay! We will be back!

What a Gem!

Great space. It had a nice front deck with two large tables for hanging around outside. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, pot, pans serving dishes, etc. It was as described.

Exactly as described

Wow, what an amazing stay at the house at Mar Y Posa. Susan and Gerardo are amazing property managers that are extremely accommodating and care about all their guests. They take a gracious approach that “ Every Guest Matters”. Susan was extremely knowledgeable about the Potrero community, eateries, grocery stores, seafood shop, butcher and the best bakery. Susan and Gerardo, outside of being property managers are great people.
The new teak loungers were needed and are absolutely beautiful I would suggest 10 for property, the property accommodates 14 when full.
The house was well equipped, felt like home , fantastic outdoor space, nice plush bath, beach towels for all our guests. The house is very spacious open concept, nice size bedrooms with comfy beds.
A few minor suggestion would be that the pool company should visit more often during peak times. The concrete sink in the master bedroom ensuite and the kitchen are in need of a paint job, to freshen them up. Booked for Feb 2024.👍
