<p>This charming, furnished 1.5-room holiday apartment accommodates two guests and features a separate sleeping area with balcony access. It is located on a raised ground floor in a quiet complex with only six apartments. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher. Fully renovated in early December 2025 and newly furnished with a box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and new seating. Highlight is the sunny, private south-facing balcony.</p>

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage in Bad Aibling. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Habe den Aufenthalt in Suite No. 2 sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder!
