Great stay. The apartment is exactly like in pictures, view for the golf course is fantastic and one of the kind. It’s nice to be so close to the city centre, have a view for the trees and listen to birds every morning. The place is clean, communication is fast and clear. Really recommend!

Peaceful Golf Course Views Near the City

- My wife and I stayed for 1 month in Chiang Mai. - We are both remote working so the desk and additional screen in the bedroom was handy. Also, the Wi-Fi is super-fast and reliable. - The kitchen is a little on the small side but when food is so cheap you don't need to cook much. - I am a golfer so watching the golfers tee off every day was entertaining. - The location was near the hospital so most of the neighbors appeared to be hospital staff. In the evenings all you can hear is the wildlife around you. - The unit is close to a 711 and many restaurants. Also using Grab to order food was simple and the choice was extensive. I recommend going to Go Go just at the end of the street near the pharmacy. - It is about a 1.5km walk to the Old Town however my wife and I just ordered scooters on Grab and raced each other to our destinations. - Overall, the unit is very livable, clean, quiet, far enough away from the tourist area but you feel like a local.

Quiet Local Living with Fast Wi-Fi

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over the past five weeks. The condo was in a perfect location for my work at the hospital, but also for tourist activities around the city & province. The airport is easily accessible to go away - eg. to Khao Sok - for weekends. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind and friendly. They arranged for a cleaner to come weekly which worked perfectly. The facilities, such as the washing machine & drying rack were incredibly useful. As a lone woman, I felt very safe in the building which has friendly neighbours, a helpful receptionist & multiple layers of security. Chiang Mai is a wonderful city and this property makes a comfortable and unforgettable stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone going to Chiang Mai. Thank you so much for having me!
