Artist Curated 55 m² Suite, Top Floor Corner Room

A lovely place with a caring host. I especially loved being next to Wat Suan Dok, where I could enjoy peaceful morning walks, something that’s not always easy in Chiang Mai because of the traffic and motorbikes. Sense Onsen and fernpresso Café are both within walking distance, which made the location even better. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful and comfortable place to stay.

Peaceful Stay Next to Suan Dok temple with a Caring Host

The apartment is great. My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks. The space was perfect for us. The bathroom was a nice size. The living room area was spacious and open. There’s a full dining room table and another small table on the balcony. The bedroom has a full size bed and a desk. And the fiber internet was rock solid.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was a French press for coffee, a kettle for hot water and a rice cooker.
It’s a great choice for a long stay. The neighborhood is residential. You won’t see a lot of tourists around and the walk to old town is 20-25 minutes, and you could get to Maya Mall or one Nimman in not much longer.
You should be aware that the condo is kind of near to the airport so you’ll hear planes flying over. It’s also right next to a temple so you’ll hear loudspeaker broadcasts in the afternoons. Neither of which were deal breakers for us. Especially since it was quiet otherwise. I slept great.

Spacious Stay in an Authentic Neighborhood

This is the best stay to book in Chiang Mai, and one of the best I've stayed at ever.
-Spacious and thoughtfully designed.
-Huge windows with amazing views of the temple and mountains, making the apt feel bright and open to the world yet the windows are out of the line-of-sight of neighbors, which also made it feel private.
-Very quiet neighborhood next to the Wat Suan Dok temple, and can sometimes hear and see the nearby monks.
-Downstairs lobby workers all very nice and have a dedicated shelf for Grab drop off orders.
-No backpackers nearby, so you get a taste of a local's experience.
If you're here on vacation and doing a lot of sightseeing, this location is strategically perfect between Nimman and Old City, with a 5 minute grab ride in either direction.
But really this place is perfect for digital nomads who plan to spend a lot of time at home working and need a quiet space -- as well as couples/families who could use the extra space.
I will def be staying here again soon.

Perfect place for a long term stay in Chiang Mai, very nice decor and good WFH setup with fast internet. I had to unfortunately head home early due to a family emergency but I hope to return!
