Nice modern two-bedroom apartment (with Wifi and air conditioning), located on the fifth and last floor of a building in downtown Hospitalet de l'Infant, with elevator. This apartment has a small entrance hall and a corridor leading to: a master bedroom, a fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, ceramic hob, etc.), a bathroom complete bathroom with shower cubicle and WC, a living/dining room (equipped with air conditioning), with direct access to the terrace and finally, a small bedroom with a bunk bed. Come and enjoy from the terrace, a beautiful view of the sea / beach, the city and the mountain. This apartment is located just a few steps from all shops and the sea/Arenal beach. You can park your vehicle in one of the residence's private parking spaces (car park with unnumbered spaces), located at the foot of the building, with secure access. Important : A mandatory deposit of €400 will be requested on the day of your arrival.Its payment can be made in cash or bank transfer (see detailed payment and return conditions with our agency). It is also specified that an inventory must be drawn up each time you enter and leave the accommodation. Once the inventory of fixtures has been carried out, the tenants will be given the keys to the rented property and any annexes. A management/accompaniment/disinfection package of €19 will also apply to each reservation. On the day of your departure, we will ask you to leave the rented accommodation clean and in good condition.A key box will be set up (at the entrance to the accommodation) for the return of the keys when you leave. We also remind you that, on the last day, all departures will be no later than 10 am (otherwise a fee will be applied and deducted from the deposit paid to us). Please note : unless specifically requested, the cleaning of the apartment/house will be at your sole expense. In the event of non-compliance with the above, we may then deduct cleaning costs from the deposit previously paid.A tourist tax of 1€/day/person will be applicable to anyone over 16 years old, during the first 7 days of stay. Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included, you can bring your own or rent it from our agency for 12€ per person/stay, on prior request. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation and its annexes. No payment by bank check or holiday check will be accepted. Hemos estado unos días alojados en el apartamento Arena de Hospitalet. El apartamento estaba muy cuidado y era perfecto para unos días de vacaciones. Tiene una fantástica terraza con vistas al mar y a la montaña

Por otro lado Sylvana, la persona con la que gestionamos el alquiler, nos facilitó mucho la llegada al apartamento, mostrando una gran flexibilidad con nosotros para facilitarnos la entrada. Por un cambio de última hora le tuvimos que cambiar la hora de llegada y no nos puso ningún problema. Muy amable y cordial. Sin duda repetiremos con ellos en este apartamento, y si algún día tenemos un piso en la zona gestionaremos el alquiler de la misma con ellos. Muchas gracias por todo
