This beautiful apartment also has satellite TV in French and Spanish channels in the living room, as well as central heating for the off-season (reversible air conditioning).
You will be able to park your car free of charge in a parking space (non-private and subject to availability, ‘unnumbered white spaces’) within the grounds of the residence, with secure access. Alternatively, you can park in the free public spaces in the street in front of the residence.
