Once owned by mid-century country swing musician Jimmy Heap, a Taylor native, this freshly renovated home features a jumbo master bedroom with a comfy king bed, an en-suite bath with jetted tub and shower, and a sunny nook that's great for morning stretches, reading, or catching up on email. Two more bedrooms, each with queen beds, share a large double-sink bath. Jimmy's old recording studio, where he jammed with his band The Melody Masters, makes a great dedicated office space, or can sleep more people on its full-sized bed. You'll find plenty of free, off-street parking in the driveway and two-car garage, along with 50-amp RV power, and a fully fenced, shady backyard with a large deck. Feel free to use the washer, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Small Town, Big House in Taylor TX

This house was amazing! We loved everything about it! Great space for our family and the back yard was more than enough space for our kids to run around. Close to downtown Taylor, too, and the street was fairly quiet and private. We’d love to stay here again!

We used the home for work in Taylor. Met all of our needs and then some. Easy commute to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely book again for work or play in the Taylor / Austin area.

Would Stay Again

We had a great stay here. Check in was super easy and the owners were supper responsive to any needs we had. The house is located in a quiet nice neighborhood. It is close enough to major shopping areas you can be there in about 30 minutes but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with large crowds and traffic. The back yard is shaded with a large deck to relax on. The inside of the house is a lot more spacious than the pictures portray and provide enough room for everyone to do what they want. Overall we had a great experience here and would stay again.

Great Experience

Needed a place to stay for three men working out of town. Place was very nice and spacious. Very nice neighborhood. Great place for a bigger group of people. Host was awesome.
