THE SPACE The Laurel Loft is situated in South Park, just North of Kalmia Street and West of 30th Street. The neighborhood is a blend of old original bungalows and newer million-dollar homes. It is a very quiet neighborhood, especially compared to the bustling downtown area yet still within walking distance to all the fun! ABOUT US: The Laurel Loft was created with one intention: to give travelers a place that feels lived-in, cared for, and connected to the neighborhood around it. Our space is designed to feel like the kind of home you can truly exhale in. A place to make dinner after long shifts, enjoy slow mornings, walk to the neighborhood cafe, and feel like you're part of the South Park community from the moment you arrive. To help you settle in, every guest receives our hand-curated Welcome Guide, filled with neighborhood gems, local favorites, and only-in-San-Diego experiences, along with a welcome basket of local treats to introduce you to the community that makes this area so special. 
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining and&nbsp;includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
THE BEDROOM
The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.&nbsp;
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a comfortable couch with a pull-out queen size&nbsp;bed, or you can extend for a&nbsp;larger couch. Extra pillows, linens and blankets are provided. BATHROOM
The bathroom includes towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a hairdryer and iron/iron board available.
OTHER FEATURES AND AMENITIES
High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available.

You have one private parking spot down 30th Street alley behind the wooden sliding gate in front of the loft&nbsp;and street parking is also available.&nbsp; 
This is a NON-SMOKING space. Please respect our space and rules and do not smoke on or in the property.
No loud parties are allowed on or in the property. Please respect our neighbors privacy and space! We like them!
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
NO PETS&nbsp;are allowed at anytime on or in this property.

The Laurel Loft: Private | Walkable to South Park

Our stay at The Laurel Loft was perfect. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood has such a great vibe too- walkable, safe, and close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops! We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

BEAUTIFUL / COMFORTABLE / THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED THAT WASN'T THERE. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I COME BACK AGAIN .

LOFTER

This was the 2nd time my husband and I stayed at the Laurel Loft and I have nothing but the best things to say about this location! For starters... the hosts are incredibly intentional – from leaving hand-written notes, to having an entire section of toiletries for guests, to ensuring the kitchen is stocked with one of everything... You truly feel like you're staying at "home". They've curated an experience that feels like vacation meets home and I also love that it's walking distance to so many cute coffee shops and restaurants! (We even walked to target to pick up some snacks!) If you're staying in San Diego... look no further, the Laurel Loft is your go-to location!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Laurel Loft for a fun staycation (we live about an hour north) and had the best time! The architecture of the space is stunning and the interior is beautifully decorated. It's tucked away from the street so feels very private and cozy, but is close to everything you need. The neighborhood is amazing, you can walk to top notch bars, restaurants, cafes, bookshops, everything you need. We loved our stay, thank you!

Amazing space in a great location

My husband and I + our 6 month old daughter recently stayed at The Laurel Loft, and we had such a cozy, restful time. The Airbnb is not only stunning & modern, but spotless clean & cozy! It’s also in the BEST location! You are walking distance to the cutest stores, cafes, and yummiest restaurants + a Target! There is so much to explore near by. The hosts were so lovely & got back to us immediately with any questions we had, I’d recommend The Laurel Loft Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and I can’t wait for our next stay!
