House Rules
1) NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and incense. Guests who need to smoke may do so outdoors at a safe distance from the home, ensuring all doors and windows remain closed. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in outdoor bins or ashtrays provided. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees. 2) PROPERTY CARE: All linens, towels, bedding, and household items must remain on the property. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges. 3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 4) OCCUPANCY & VISITORS: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Groups exceeding 2 people total on the property at any time must be approved in writing prior to arrival. The number of guests must not exceed the home’s sleeping capacity. Sleeping on sofas, floors, or using additional bedding is not permitted. 5) PETS: One (1) pet is permitted per stay with prior approval. A pet fee applies and will be charged per stay. Pets must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and not left unattended for extended periods. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about pet suitability. 6) EV CHARGING: On-site charging of electric vehicles is not available. Fast-charging stations are located nearby. 7) CLEANING: Professional turnover cleaning is included in your nightly rate to ensure the home is pristine for your arrival. We kindly ask that you leave the property in good condition; please note that any deep cleaning required due to excessive mess or damage may result in additional charges. 8) SECURITY: For safety and insurance purposes, there are exterior security cameras at the front of each unit. These cameras are actively recording and must not be tampered with or covered. No cameras are located inside the home. 9) GARBAGE & RECYCLING: Please place bagged trash in the beige garbage bins at the left side of the house prior to checkout. 10) CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Please leave all used dishes in the dishwasher before departing. 11) QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with City of Ottawa bylaws. Please be mindful of our neighbours during these times. 12) LAWN & OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE: Routine lawn and outdoor maintenance may take place during your stay, typically in the front yard and exterior areas. Where possible, we will provide advance notice, but occasionally same-day or short-notice visits may be required. Maintenance staff will not access the interior of the home. 13) PROPERTY CARE & RESPECT: Guests are asked to treat the home and outdoor spaces with care and respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.

2BR/1.5BA Home For Monthly Stays With Fenced Yard

We had an amazing stay at this two bedroom home. The host is great, and thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay , and more. Even to a printer and supplies in the office/ den area, and beach towels and beach things because the beach is a short drive away. The home is well supplied with everything you need in the way of linens, basic seasonings, dishes, cutlery, pots and serving dishes etc..The home is very well located, with quick access to bike trails, bus routes, major roads and highways , and a 5-minute walk to a lovely riverside park. The home has a nice deck with BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy the backyard and have meals outside Jenn is a thoughtful, responsive and wonderful host. I would stay here again, and highly recommend this 5 star property.

Well Supplied Home

Jenn is the best hostess you can ask for. If you want a peaceful home experience and a hostess always helpful look no further. The house is clean and cozy with all the amenities one can need. The lake nearby is great space for walks and all highways are right next to the house. Walmart, Costco everything 10 mins drive so it is the best place to explore Ottawa.

Peaceful home experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at this furnished home for the month of April. Shout out to Jenn, the owner, who was a great communicator and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. The guide book was thorough and she was available to answer questions that arose. The house was spotless upon arrival and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a month-long stay. Everything was new, clean, in good repair and of decent quality. There was loads of space to unpack and put away our things. 
This home is in a fantastic location. It was truly a highlight for us—it was perfect for daily walks along the river, yet it offered quick, convenient access to the highway. It only took 15 minutes to get right downtown, and only 9 minutes to Kanata! We found the neighbors to be very friendly when we went for our dog walks. 
We loved the private backyard, which featured a wonderful new deck and a BBQ that we thoroughly enjoyed using on a few warm days. Its also worth mentioning that the house is very bright with a large picture window in the living room. 
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
