Walk into our open concept bungalow with keyless entry and feel welcomed and ready to unwind. The entire house is for your exclusive use. Our living room offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, luxurious Italian leather couch and chairs as well as custom furniture throughout the home. 
Our dining room offers seating for 6. Our fully equipped kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining with a large island with seating for 3 and its opening concept design to the dining room and living room is perfect so all guests can interact flawlessly regardless of what room they are in. The kitchen boosts quartz countertops and all new appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. Kitchen also includes, 12 cup coffee maker, kettle, coffee, coffeemate, sugar/sweetener, salt/pepper, oil, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses for all types of beverages, toaster, blender, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels and cleaning sponges. Highchair and child plates/cups/cutlery available upon request. 
The Newark House offers 3 bedrooms. The primary suite offers&nbsp;a king bed with access to the backyard via french&nbsp;doors, and the &nbsp;other 2&nbsp;bedrooms offer a queen bed in each. The lower living room offers 1 queen bed&nbsp;allowing up to 8 guests to stay overnight. All bedrooms feature Canada’s award-winning mattress ENDY with hotel quality sheets and duvet.&nbsp;Each main floor bedroom&nbsp;includes a closet, hangers, suitcase stand, makeup table with mirror and full-length mirror in hallway. Crib available upon request. 
The bathroom offers a two person sink and walk in shower with rain fall shower head and a hand held shower head. It is stocked with toilet paper (one per guest per stay), face cloths, towels (one per guest per stay), hair dryer and local organic made soaps and lotions from One Earth in NOTL. We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more, please plan accordingly. There is a second full and bright&nbsp;bathroom located on the lower level of the house. 
The backyard is spacious and provides a restful quiet retreat from the busyness of King St in the warmer months. Walk out the primary suite through French Doors onto a beautiful&nbsp;deck with a stunning conversation set, surrounded by a serene&nbsp;garden&nbsp;and rope lighting. The backyard&nbsp;also includes a patio dining set with seating for 6, a&nbsp;propane&nbsp;BBQ and a relaxing&nbsp;Hammock!. Our front porch is furnished with elegant wicker seating that&nbsp;will allow you to have a coffee or glass of wine while watching the horse drawn carriages go past the front of the property. All amenities are private and for your exclusive use. No sharing!
*Please note, all outside furniture will only be outside during April to November 1. Cushions are to be left in the garage if raining to keep them dry.*

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful house, perfect for 3 couples. Ideal location-could walk to theaters, dinner, shops and gardens. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Niagra-on-the-Lake

The Newark House was a 5 star accommodation for our stay for a weekend event. Perfect location, super clean, comfy beds with crisp ,white sheets and the softest towels. The soap products that were provided were locally made and were a very nice addition. We hung outside on the deck in the afternoon and enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening. Easy check in and check out and the house manager Tara was readily available and provided us with all the necessary information. Overall a very comfortable stay in a tastefully decorated home with all the necessary amenities.

Mother/Daughter Best Friend weekend!

Rented this beautiful home with 4 couples staying. The location is PHENOMENAL, the home is immaculate, modern and the layout & design is open and spacious.
We were able to open the front door and walk within seconds to all of NOTL’s old town shops and restaurants, which is always nice to not have to drive. The beds were luxurious and we all had the best sleep ever! Even the products in the bathrooms and kitchen were locally made, high quality and the scent was heavenly. We loved hanging out on the front porch with a glass ( or two ) of wine and just watching the horse and carriages ride right in front of the house. The backyard space was serene and peaceful for our morning coffees. We all couldn’t say enough great things about this spot! We will DEFINITELY be back, and couldn’t recommend this place more !
