<p>Come relax & unwind at The Resting Beach Place!  This condo is located on the third floor of the complex, close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore. The views are amazing!  This condo is a 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom. The master bedroom features a Pillow Top King size bed. The Living room boasts stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa and loveseat. There is also a blow up bed for the extra guest or 5th person. This condo is equipped with a Ring Doorbell at the outside of the front door. This condo is equipped with a toilet paper and paper towel started kit to get you started! </p>
<p>Enjoy the beautiful beaches of North Topsail Island with private access at Topsail Reef Condos. If you enjoy tennis or basketball, there are private courts directly across the street. Condo is equipped with complimentary wi-fi, basic cable & smart TV's in the living room & master.  </p>

Kristin and Brian were wonderful hosts of such a beautiful space in a beautiful place! They really provided everything we could have imagined we needed and answered our question very promptly. If and when we come back we will definitely try to book The resting Beach Place! Do yourself a solid and book this place with the Wonderful hosts!

We loved staying at The Resting Place! Such a gem. The condo was decorated beautifully, the view was incredible, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, the condo was more than fully stocked with anything we could need, and Kristin was such a quick responder to messages. I cannot recommend this condo more. One of our best vacations ever! We will definitely be back. 

Fully loaded, beautiful condo

This was a cute, comfortable, clean condo with a deck facing the ocean. I loved sitting on the deck at night watching the waves roll in. The beach is right down the stairs.  There was a cute little market across the street to pick up a few groceries & we cooked breakfast in the condo several mornings. There is plenty to see & do in nearby Topsail, SurfCity & Sneades Ferry. Highly recommend this condo!!

The resting beach place is the perfect spot for your north topsail vacation! It’s accommodating with items you may need and the views are great! Kristin and Brian are also the best host!
