Camp Avalon - Historic Waterfront, 3 cabins

First time in New Hampshire. I have always heard of the beauty of the Northeast and this place was a dream. Great Lake for fishing and swimming, not only for me but for the “Deuce Man” as well. Thanks again!! 🙏

Peaceful and vibrant spot!!

After more than 35 years visiting the property I remain mystified. The perfect location for retreat, healing, and adventure. You do not need to leave the shore for the biggest fish in the lake. You do not need to leave your bunk for the best sleep of your life. A perfect spot for friends and family looking for the ideal place to unplug, unwind, and connect. Simple, rustic, and beautifully maintained. I have stayed on multiple properties on GEL over the years, and there is no comparison to Avalon...It is the best...

Avalon - The Legend

My friends and I spent a fabulous week there in the fall. We enjoyed all the amenities, sitting in the screened in porch, BBQing, kayaking, wading in the water, campfires, beautiful views, long walks and spending time together. The cabins were clean, beds comfortable, kitchens well stocked with cookware needs and the decor was welcoming. The hosts are friendly and informative about the area.

The Perfect Escape

My granddaughter & I spent a week at camp Avalon. What a wonderful experience. It’s so beautiful & peaceful. The cabins are so quaint & nice & comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake & watching the water boarders , water skiing & kayaking. Just a great place to spend time in the summer

Camp Avalon

Me and my family have been going to Avalon since before I was even born (for context I’m 25 now)! Camp offers the perfect place to truly unwind with your family and enjoy the simple times. I’m so grateful for all of the happy memories of just sitting and sharing stories with my family. This spot offers a place to truly unwind and connect with each other (and nature). Once you’re there once, you’ll look forward to going again year after year after year!!!
