Bay Breeze is a stylish home overlooking the Links golf course and the bay. It's a three bedroom (two master suites), three bathroom townhome in the Fairways neighborhood in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It has an over sized patio for outdoor dining and lounging. No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Early check-in and late check-out is not available during busy season (May through August). Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability during the off-season.

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

We enjoyed this property very much. Very clean and well equipped. Loved the location. The 2 golf carts were a huge bonus. Nice upgrades and furnishings too. Highly recommend. I do not have anything negative to report.  5 stars!!!!

Can’t wait to return!

My family of 3 and my friends family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at bay breeze. We have children ages five through eight. The kids loved feeding the turtles every day from the home. There is so much to do on the property. You really never have to leave. There is shopping, restaurants, park, the pools. Having the golf carts was amazing and being able to take them to the beach. The kids had a ball! The place itself was great. It was clean, and it was so well stocked with items like trash bags, toilet papers, dish soap, dish washer detergent, etc.  It was nice to be able to leave non-perishable items for the next groups too because often condos make you take everything or they throw everything away.

Spring break was amazing

We just returned from our week’s stay at the Bay Breeze property. Our total party included 6 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 1, and 1). 
The views are wonderful - Whether you’re inside looking out the many windows or bayside on one of the outdoor seats. The home is updated and very aesthetically pleasing. I can’t say enough how lovely the bathrooms and kitchen are. The kitchen is fully stocked, with toddler utensils at the ready! We could seamlessly care for our kids just as we do at home. 
The golf carts make it easy to travel around the resort, and get to the beach. The location truly can’t be beat as you’re not far from pools, Grand Blvd, and the ocean.
Usually once day 7 hits, I am ready to conclude vacation and go home. I did not feel that way at all this trip! It was perfect. 

Bay Breeze is Perfect

We just returned from staying at Bay Breeze and absolutely loved this unit. The host was fabulous to work with!
The inside of the unit is simply beautiful. Well stocked and spacious.  The kids nook under stairs was used daily by our little one. 
While the inside of this unit is gorgeous, the outside is the focal point. Spacious outdoor seating area with a grill and the views are simply amazing.  The dock was so fun to sit on and feed the turtles, fish and ducks. We spent time out there every day. Having two golf carts made it easy getting anywhere on property. 
I can't say enough good things about this unit. It felt like our home away from home and we are already planning our return visit.  Thank you so much, Traci, for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!
