Wine Down is a lovely single-story stand-alone home that offers three bedrooms and a bunkroom, two bathrooms, two golf carts, and an oversized back patio overlooking the Links golf course! It is located in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and is a quick five minute golf cart ride to the beach. This home is perfect for a nice family getaway!

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security. We have several properties nearby, so let us know what you are looking for and we can help you find the right home! Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place! Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

Wine Down - 3B+Bunk/2B, 2 Golf Carts

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at Wine Down. We loved having the bunk bed room for the grandchildren. Being in an end-unit condo with a pond next to it was wonderful. The two golf carts were a great bonus and made getting around easy. We did let Traci know upon our arrival about a few areas that needed attention, and she was very responsive. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely return.
