Some journeys are better shared. Bring your friends and family. Host an unforgettable reunion etc.

Reserve all three villas and Tres Casas Blancas becomes your own private retreat—an intimate gathering place where family and friends can experience Montezuma together while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Spend mornings meeting over fresh Costa Rican coffee before setting off to explore hidden beaches, waterfalls, and rainforest trails. Return throughout the day to swim, relax, and reconnect before sharing dinner under the stars as the sounds of the jungle settle in around you.

Whether you're celebrating a milestone, hosting a family reunion, traveling with close friends, or planning a wellness retreat, the entire property offers something increasingly rare: space to be together without ever feeling crowded.

The three Casas:

Casa Conchal (max 5 people):

Perched at the highest point on the property, Casa Conchal looks across the rainforest toward the Pacific, where each day begins with the first light of sunrise. Open the windows, let the tropical breeze flow through the house, and watch the landscape awaken around you. As the morning mist lifts from the jungle and the sounds of birds and howler monkeys welcome the day, there's no better place to enjoy a cup of Costa Rican coffee and simply be present.

Casa Sloth invites you to slow down (max 4 people):

Next to rainforest, where nature gently sets the rhythm of each day in this casa. You may find yourself lingering over Costa Rican coffee an a "tipico" Gallo Pinto breakfast, reading in a hammock, watching butterflies drift through the garden, or simply listening as monkeys call through the canopy.

Casa Macaw (max 4 people):
Colorful, welcoming, and full of character, Casa Macaw offers an inviting introduction to the Tres Casas Blancas experience.

Comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly positioned for exploring everything Montezuma has to offer, it provides exceptional value without sacrificing the atmosphere that makes this place special. Whether you're returning from a day at the waterfalls, wandering the village and the beaches, or watching birds soar overhead, Casa Macaw feels like coming home.
