A PRIVATE BASE IN HISTORIC MADRID
An apartment for two on Calle de Segovia, with a separate double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It suits travellers who want their own space between walks around Madrid de los Austrias.

SLEEPING AND LIVING
The bedroom has a double bed. The sofa and work table are in the living room; this is a living area, not a second bedroom. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave and fridge, with a dining area. The separate bathroom has a shower.

ACCESS AND LIGHT
You have exclusive use of the apartment. Building passageways are shared with residents. Access requires stairs and there is no lift; some rooms face the interior of the building and receive limited natural light. Consider this layout if step-free access or views are priorities.

THE AREA AND TRANSPORT
Calle de Segovia is in historic Madrid, providing a base for walks towards the Royal Palace, La Latina and Mercado de San Miguel. Combine walking and public transport according to your destination. If arriving by car, plan access and parking separately; the apartment does not include a private parking space.
