Still Waters Tiny Home | Waterfront + Hot Tub + Kayaks

We spent a couple of nights at The Perch with family and it was so much fun! The design is beautiful, beds are so comfortable with high end linens. We spent hours around the fire-pit, fished, and had great quality time with cousins. We would book this same one again if we make a trip back to The Retreat at Waters Edge.

Perfect!!!

My daughter in law and I stayed in Nashville at your property to go to a book signing. The place was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for a night away. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The tiny home was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the space had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into all of the little details. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy a peaceful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place to stay!

Lovely!

We have loved each stay using Unwind Property Management. We have made lasting memories while booking with this management company, they make our stays everything we could ask for. They pay attention to detail, make sure you have exactly what you need, and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We couldn’t be happier with how they communicate and attend to their guests. Thank you, our family has made beautiful memories we will never forget:)

Communicative, Attentive, Responsive

We had the best family getaway. It was so nice to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the quiet in nature. Our kids loved the fire pit, jacuzzi, and kayaks. Will for sure be back again!
