The villa has a private lift that leads to the sea, and is articulated in a singular and fascinating way. The main building has an extraordinary hall with vaulted ceilings and hand-made majolica floors. The wide living room leads onto a magnificent panoramic terrace. On the floor below we find the kitchen, with a very scenic french window that leads onto an even wider terrace, the real heart of the house. Both the indoor and outdoor dining rooms enjoy an incomparable view on the rocky silhouette of Conca Dei Marini. The sleeping area in the main building consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and panoramic terrace, and a second bedroom, equally panoramic, with en-suite bathroom. The property unfolds then on several dependances; and the other bedrooms with their own bathrooms are all separated from the main building. Among these "suites", the most beautiful is the one located near the swimming pool and the sea descent, with two large panoramic arche windows that project the indoors directly into the sea. The extraordinary swimming pool is placed half in the sun and overlooking the sea, and the other half contained in a tuff cave, with an additional Jacuzzi and a stylish "al fresco" living room with lounge bar, an authentic rarity.
