Ideally located near Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, Toulon, and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez (Grimaud, Ramatuelle, La Croix-Valmer…), it’s just 1 hour from Cannes, the Verdon Gorges, and Grasse, 1h15 from Nice, and 1h30 from Monaco — the perfect starting point to explore the Var region: Provençal markets, mountain ranges, vineyards, abbeys, and lakes.

This spacious villa features a heated pool (4x9m, depth 0.90–1.80m), a jacuzzi, and a 1700 m² tree-filled garden — including 14 olive trees. It offers 5 bedrooms (including 2 suites), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets (including 1 outside), an openable ¾ veranda, a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pool house. The pool area is equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and an XXL pouf. The villa’s ground floor is air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

Located in the heart of the central Var region, near the Maures mountain range and major wine estates, the area offers plenty to explore: Thoronet Abbey, the Gothic-style Basilica of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine (a historical monument since 1840), Sainte Suzanne Lake (Carcès), the Carmes Caves and Waterfalls in Barjols, or the Verdon Gorges and Lake Sainte-Croix…

There’s also no shortage of activities: numerous hiking and mountain biking trails among pine trees in the Maures National Park, horseback riding at one of Luc’s four equestrian centers, tennis, fishing, kayaking, tree-top adventure parks (the region’s largest!), or a visit to the Turtle Village in Carnoules.

You can also enjoy the renowned Barbaroux golf course, or for thrill-seekers — why not try skydiving? The Luc-en-Provence race circuit also offers plenty of excitement.

Local food lovers will enjoy strolling through the region’s Provençal markets, including the large Lorgues market (the biggest in the area), or discovering Boutargue in Cotignac at So Boutargue…

Villa of the 14 Olive Trees⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir waren als Gruppe von 4 Personen zu Gast in Ulrics traumhafter Villa. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön am Ortsrand von Le Luc gelegen und alles nötige wie zum Beispiel ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Auch der check in und check out durch Assia war perfekt organisiert. 
Kann die Villa zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Die Villa von Ulric ist fantastisch. Der beheizte Pool und der ebenfalls beheizte Whirlpool waren gerade im April bei etwas durchwachsenem Wetter großartig. Die Villa entspricht genau den Fotos, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist blitzolank sauber. Die Küche ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dazu kommt, dass Ulric der perfekte Gastgeber ist. Er kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste und hat immer eine Lösung parat, wenn es eine Frage gibt. Auch das Laden von E-Autos zu einem moderaten Preis ist toll. Während unseres Urlaubs musste nicht einmal woanders laden. Wichtig hervorheben ist noch, dass direkt in Le Luc ein riesiger E.Leclerc-Hypermarché ist, wo man alles bekommt und für die Kinder einen Action.
Zur Küste und St.-Tropez ist es auch nicht sehr weit und die Strecken unglaublich schön. Aber wir waren bei gutem Wetter auch gerne einfach nur am und im Pool zum Chillen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Villa ist fantastisch

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir utiliser la villa d'Ulric pour notre déplacement professionnel à 4 personnes. La villa est bien équipée, le propriétaire et le gestionnaire immobilier sont très sympathiques et serviables à tout moment. Nous avons hâte de pouvoir revenir.
