The villa is located 400m above sea level with a view of the Atlantic ocean in the contemplative village of Prazeres, a district of the municipality of <a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/o-que-fazer/amantes-de-mar/marinas-e-portos/porto-de-recreio-da-calheta/">Calheta</a>. Prazeres is located south of the island and offers the best <a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/o-que-fazer/amantes-de-mar/marinas-e-portos/porto-de-recreio-da-calheta/">weather on Madeira</a>. The next swimming opportunities are in<a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/o-que-fazer/amantes-de-mar/marinas-e-portos/porto-de-recreio-da-calheta/">Jardim do Mar</a>and <a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/o-que-fazer/amantes-de-mar/marinas-e-portos/porto-de-recreio-da-calheta/">Praia de Calheta</a>which are about 10 mins by car. The Villa Sundowner provides a spacious 140 sqm and offers everything your heart desires. The 3 tastefully equipped bedrooms give sleeping space for up to 6 guests. You have a sea view from almost any room. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00m) with a direct sea view and access to the terrace. A private bathroom en suite with a shower is directly connected to the room. The other bedrooms are equipped with aqueen size bed each (1,60 x 2,00m and 1,50 x 2,00m respectively) and give a view towards<a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/o-que-fazer/amantes-de-mar/marinas-e-portos/porto-de-recreio-da-calheta/">Calheta</a>. Besides thebathroom en suite, the villa has anotherbathroom with a shower as well as an extra room with a washing machine. The villa has an open kitchen which is integrated into the eating and living area. The kitchen provides lots of storage areas and is equipped with high-quality brand electric devices and kitchen utensils. A big refrigerator, including a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an induction stove, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine with a timer, a water boiler, and a toaster - you won´t miss a thing. In the living room, a seat on the sofa gives you the best place in front of tthe smart tv and to look at the sea. Prazeres has highly comfortable <a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/o-que-fazer/amantes-de-mar/marinas-e-portos/porto-de-recreio-da-calheta/">temperatures</a> and very little rainfall almost throughout the entire year. The perfect climate invites guests to stay outside. Therefore, the villa´s outside area is an oasis and offers multiple options. The terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs. A gas grill, 8 sun loungers are also available. You can get refreshments in the saltwaterpool (heatable per request at an extra cost of 250€ per week). Since it does not include chlorine, it is highly skin-tolerable and perfectly suited for allergy sufferers. You can simply relax andrecover in the jacuzzi, the best way to end an exhausting day, e.g. after a hike. On top of that, the outside shower gives you a fast refreshment. There is an extra room, detached from the villa, which gives storage for outside chairs´ and sun loungers´ cushions. It also provides enough space for sports equipment, such as surfboards, diving equipment, golf bags, bikes, ... and also hiking boots and jackets. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and offers glass fiber internet access to 1-gigabit high-speed - free of charge - and gives space for 2 cars on the property. The <a href="https://visitmadeira.com/pt/">island of Madeira</a> offers endless sights and leisure activities. We are more than happy to give you recommendations and support you where possible.

Villa Sundowner - pool, jacuzzi, sea view

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (16 und 18 Jahre) für zwei Wochen in der Villa Sundowner und haben dort eine fantastische Zeit verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist super, wir haben nichts vermisst. Den Jacuzzi mit Meer- und Sternenhimmelblick haben wir jeden Tag benutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls toll: Es ist eine absolut ruhige Gegend ohne jeglichen Verkehrslärm! Man kann von Prazeres aus alle Orte der Insel gut mit dem Auto erreichen, wir haben sehr viel unternommen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen!

Traumurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern 5 Tage in der Villa. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Der Pool und Jacuzzi mit Blick auf den Atlantik ist super. Die Ausstattung hochwertig, alles neu und sehr sauber. Wir haben vor allem auch die Ruhe dort genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war problemlos. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Tolle Villa mit traumhaften Blick

Als Familie mit 3 Töchtern zwischen 15 und 25 war die Villa sundowner perfekt für uns. An den Räumlichkeiten waren die 2 Badezimmer perfekt! Alles ist neu eingerichtet, sauber und geschmackvoll. An der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Der Blick ist super und Whirlpool und Pool haben wir auch im April genießen können. Wir haben häufig auch den tollen Gasgrill für die Zubereitung der lokalen Fische und Meeresfrüchte verwendet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir haben als Gruppe von 6 Personen ein zehntägigen Urlaub auf Madeira verbraucht. Für den Aufenthalt war die Villa Sundowner perfekt für uns. Eine gute Lage in einem ruhigen Teil der Insel, Traumhafte Aussicht mit schönem Sonnenuntergang. Gleich in der Nähe eine Tankstelle, ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Essenmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Wohnräumlichkeiten und Außenanlagen super gepflegt. Mit dem Whirlpool und dem Salzwasserpool lässt sicher der Abend schön ausklingen. Gastgeber waren auch unglaublich freundlich und bei allen Fragen eine wunderbare Hilfe. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicherlich noch das ein oder andere mal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Perfekte Villa für eine Urlaub in Madeira

Die Villa Sundowner hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet und der Pool, Whirpool und die Aussicht sind einfach nur TOP! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Villa Sundowner kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!! :)
