Wyldewood Beach Club 183 - WBC183 Sherkston Shores

We visit Sherkston annually, and this was by far the best spot yet! Access to the beach is right in front, the deck is large with ample space to entertain and 2 full bathrooms.
The hosts were great, tons of information provided for check in, and our stay. We have already booked a full week for next summer.

Best stay yet

We had a fantastic week at Wyldewood Beach Club 183. We loved Overlooking the water and how close we were to the beach. Such an incredible location with lots of space for a larger family.

Loved our stay

We just got back from a weekend at Wyldewood Beach Club 183 at Sherkston Shores, and it is one of the best beachfront rentals we've stayed in!

The location is what sells it — you're right on Lake Erie, and the covered deck (dog friendly setup + lounge chairs) puts you a few steps from the sand with a completely open water view. We watched the sun go down and everyone just went quiet for a minute. Photos genuinely don't do it justice.

There's plenty of room for a group too — three bedrooms, sleeps up to eight — and the golf cart that comes with the rental makes getting around the resort effortless. You barely need to pack anything either: the resort has its own LCBO, food trucks/restaurants for whenever nobody wants to cook, ice cream, and FunPlex waterslides if you want a break from the beach.

We spent our evenings by the fire pit and listened to the waves. During the day we walked the shoreline path along the breakwater.

This is exactly what a lake weekend should feel like — clean, comfortable, and about as well-located as it gets. If you're on the fence about booking WBC183, just book it.

Best beachfront rental on Lake Erie

Our family had an amazing stay at Wyldewood Beach Club 183! The cottage was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the included golf cart made getting around Sherkston Shores so convenient and fun.
The outdoor space was great for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the entire cottage felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy from booking to check-out. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!
