 This 42m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and features a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190). It includes a bathroom, a toilet with a sink, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, a living room, a dining area, and a terrace or balcony. The apartment sleeps two people. A communal swimming pool is available for a fee. Amenities include a hairdryer, hot water, duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, clothes storage, a clothes rack, hangers, an iron, a television, air conditioning in the living room, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, dishes, a dining table, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
 In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to any person aged 17 and over.
The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.
