There is bar seating at the kitchen island and a comfortable living room with a large TV for movie night. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Siam is a stones throw away and There bar is just down the street. Downtown shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as are the gondola, lift 7, and numerous hiking trails.
Once you get here, you’ll probably park your car and not move it until you leave! Everything is within walking or biking distance.

Pac. Street Studio: Style & space in heart of town

Such a cool space. Unique furnishing and finishes in the unit made me wish I was staying longer. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Great location just close enough to everything but away from the hustle of Main Street. I’ll be back!

Wish I stayed longer!

This was a great little spot! The home was cute, clean, and had a great view of the gondola going up the hill. It is an easy walk to the river, into town, and to the gondola so you can enjoy mountain village. The beers and snacks were a nice touch!

My kids and I stayed here for our spring break ski vacation and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. The unit is so well appointed and conveniently located for easy access to the gondola and ski lift 7, not to mention all the great restaurants in Telluride. Luke was a great host, super responsive, and so helpful with suggestions and ideas. It was a truly flawless experience from booking to checkout.

We had a great trip to Telluride and these accommodations made it so much better!! We’ve come to for one week each winter for past 7 years and this place was our fave so far!!! Clean , comfortable, and close to everything !!! We can’t wait to book again!
