Welcome to Windy Ridge situated right on the beach in Pagham, West Sussex. 
The house is based around 2 old railway carriages that give it fantastic character and quirkiness. Everything is brand new - the house was totally refurbished in Spring 2025 and is new to the holiday rental market.

Windy Ridge - holiday beach house

Windy Ridge was perfect for our Easter break. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, well-insulated and well-equipped. We loved the railway carriages and being able to walk directly onto the beach at night to look at the stars and watch the night fishermen. Didn't spend much time in Pagham itself but found it a good base for getting to the walks and pubs in Dell Quay, West Wittering and Boxgrove. Helpful to have a parking space right next to the house.

Lovely long weekend

We stayed over Christmas and Windy Ridge was a the perfect balance of space and coziness. Very well equipped, lovely bathrooms and a wonderful feeling of calm from the sea views. Vicki was an excellent host. We loved our stay and would stay again. Thank you

Wonderful

We have just come home from a wonderful week in Windy Ridge. The beach house is so well kitted out, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms and a washing machine. The location is perfect, at the quiet end of Pagham beach, you literally step out of the door straight onto the beach. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our brief stay at Windy Ridge. It has been stylishly refurbished, showcasing the railway carriages as a lovely and quirky feature. It is really comfortable and very well-equipped. And, as the icing on the cake, it opens straight onto the peaceful beach for a fantastic sea view. We will be back!

We’ve just come back from a magical few days at Windy Ridge, right on the shingle beach at Pagham. 
What a perfect setting!!
The sea was blue, the sky was bluer and the beach was spotless. And the actual holiday house was even better. 
Windy Ridge is very well thought out. The three bedrooms are in the two railway carriages and beautifully made up with crisp linen, simple furnishings and cosy throws. Fluffy white towels in the bathroom and shower room with posh toiletries. The kitchen was very well thought out and a real pleasure to work in. Double the amount of cutlery and china, and sharp knives are most unusual in holiday homes!! 
The sitting room is roomy! Very comfortable sofas and doors leading into the sunroom. French doors out onto the beach for swimming, walking or gazing out to sea. 
And we had fabulous weather from start to finish.
