The third floor offers a small lofted sitting area with daybed, and an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds. This home is situated in a great location with private ocean views out the back door, yet close to everything. Walk to Short Sands in about 12 minutes and enjoy restaurants, shops, and the beach, all nearby. Located on The Nubble, the lighthouse is also a short walk from this home. Close enough for all the conveniences, yet still a private and relaxing location to enjoy! 
Please note: Small 2nd floor Full Bedroom to be converted to a primary bathroom suite in 2025. Room count/beds reflects 2025 changes. Final rental charges to include the room rate, cleaning fee, linen service fee (clean and folded sheets/ towels), Maine lodging tax, and any misc. service fees. Broadway Cottage- York Beach Ocean front w/ Incredible Views

What an incredible weekend! We stayed at the Broadway Cottage which is as close to the ocean as you can imagine. The interior was beautifully decorated and really felt like home. The location was unbelievable and the view makes you feel like it's just you and the ocean - almost like being on an island! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Loved that our pets could enjoy the trip too!

Amazing House!

Amazing house! Truly breathtaking views from the porch which has floor to ceiling glass windows. The house slept our group of 10 comfortably, and the common areas were perfect for dining together and hanging out. So glad we picked it, and we will definitely stay here again! 

Will stay again! 

We had a 10 person group stay for a weekend at the Broadway Cottage.  It was a lovely experience. The house was beautiful, the hosts were accommodating, and the view was gorgeous.  Very close to the beach as well. Highly recommend! 

Mr. 

House is wonderful! Plenty of space for our group of 10! Very close to city center. We cooked a nice barbecue outside, with an amazing view of the autumn colors and of the ocean. Unique place!

Amazing weekend

We so enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The house is literally on the water. A short walk to town and sights. We have already booked our Girls Weekend for next year at this time.
