Since it is shallow, the water can be swift at the bank but calmer and deeper at the end of the gravel bar which is better for fishing and swimming. Entry is from the bank, walk in through the elephant ears. This is a natural, riverfront setting—expect wildlife, insects, and changing outdoor conditions. Outdoor furniture may need a dusting off each morning. Stay at Andy's on the clean, calm, serene Colorado River for a non-crowded/nearly secluded and private floating experience! Don't pay to walk through Zengardens, enjoy a hammock surrounded by unorthodox breathtaking landscaping that leads you to the river! Andy is a superHeroHost who takes pride in making others feel stress-free. We have found our new getaway place from Houston. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
