Overview
No.8 at Nirvana is a stylish, spacious apartment situated in the lovely, less crowded Spa area of Scarborough. Stunning views over the South Bay and the Spa are just five minutes' walk away with an easy walk to the town centre and all attractions. With Oliver’s Mount on one side and the sea on the other the apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a wide range of shops including a Sainsbury's Local, excellent restaurants, bars, and takeaway outlets nearby. The modern apartment has been newly furnished and is in a traditional building with free parking, lift, fully equipped kitchen, Fire TVs, Alexa and fast internet. The beautiful North Yorkshire Moors, Whitby, Filey and Robin Hood's Bay are a short drive away and walks including the Cleveland Way are on the doorstep.
Your place
The smart front entrance leads to the lift or a grand staircase to the 4th floor. Your apartment is at the front with views of the sea in one direction and Oliver's Mount in the other. A small entrance lobby leads to a spacious living room furnished to a high standard, with large bay window at one end and a fully equipped kitchen at the other. There's a very comfortable SNUG 3 seater double sofa bed with all bedding provided, an easy chair, dining table and chairs, smart TV, Amazon smart speaker, high quality lighting and fittings. The living room curtains and Roman blind in the bedroom are full black out. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and pods, Denby tableware, instant coffee, tea and milk are also provided. 
Off the living room is the bedroom with stylish furniture, high quality bedding, comfortable new mattress, wardrobe and Smart TV (please note the bathroom is ensuite, so if there are guests sleeping on the sofa bed, they will have to gain access through the bedroom).
The modern bathroom with shower leads from the bedroom. All toiletries, freshly laundered linen and towels are provided. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer are also available so you can be ready to hit the town. Getting around
Once you park with our free permit you won’t really need your car for exploring Scarborough as most of the attractions are close by, including the South Bay, Spa, South Cliff Gardens and Oliver’s Mount. The town centre, Brunswick Shopping Centre, Stephen Joseph Theatre, railway and bus station are within easy reach. 
The North Bay and attractions like the outdoor theatre and Peasholm Park are a little further away, around 1.5 miles (35 minutes walk) or there is a regular bus service along the sea front. ABC taxis are just behind the building on St Martin’s Road. 
If you're taking the car we suggest you drive inland and explore the nearby Yorkshire Moors National Park, the magnificent chalk cliffs of Flamborough Head, historic Whitby or the quaint fishing villages of Robin Hood's Bay and Staithes. Robin Hood's Bay is also just a short journey away by bus if you prefer and the bus and train station are nearby.

We provide free on street parking permit for the duration of your stay.
Other details to note
The lift is quite small (3 person) and won’t take a wheelchair unless folded up. 
Step-free access is at the rear entrance.
The bathroom is en-suite so extra guests have to cross a corner of the bedroom briefly to reach the bathroom.
One well behaved pet is welcome.

Beautiful Chic Apartment with lift, views and parking

A good space in a traditional setting which proved to be perfectly suitable for our short break. Communication was excellent along with all instructions. Everything was as described and all was set up for an easy visit. This is a convenient place to stay to see Scarborough from the lovely South aspect where the views are stunning and walks fabulous. Perfectly suitable for our short break

The flat was perfect for what we wanted! Great location - the seafront is literally at the end of the street, at the other end there was a couple of shops, bakery & takeaways to grab essentials & it was a pleasant stroll into the centre of Scarborough when we wanted more options (worth noting theres a bus stop at the end of the street also if needed). The area was quiet & no problem finding a parking spot. Regarding the flat itself it was clean & tidy, had everything you would need as listed in the description. The bed was comfy, the livig room was very pleasant & we both commented that it was a great place to relax, with the bay window & alexa on hand to listen to the radio/music etc. Communication was excellent throughout, and although we didn't need anything I would have felt more than comfortable reaching out to the hosts . All in all a great spot, clean & tidy, well run with great hosts!

A great spot ... with great hosts!

Lovely modern flat, up on the fourth floor. Lift or stairs, we did both so to get our steps in! Stayed a couple of nights whilst we were at the open air theatre. There’s a bit of a walk or you can catch the open air bus on the seafront there, and a Uber back or both there and back with a Uber(Taxi) Fabulous view across the park from the lounge window, you can see the sea too which is a added bonus. Quite area with plenty of parking which Peter leaves a parking permit for your car. I met Peter on one of the days he was there doing change over his other flats, lovely chap. Spent time to chat with myself and our little dog. Peter was most helpful and responded quickly. Will definitely stay again next time we go to a gig. Fellow AirB&B host.

Lovely modern building

Lovely apartment and great value for money. Location not only ideal for local amenities  but also a stunning beach and esplanade. Would definitely book again.

Great value for money

The apartment was very much as described. It was clean, well prepared and felt comfortable and homely. There are other apartments in the large house but it was very quiet. There is an excellent lift. The kitchen is well equipped, clean and easy to work in. There is plenty of parking available on the nearby streets. The apartment is very close to the South Cliff and to local amenities including nearby shops. It is very close to bus routes which go into town or along the coast.
