The charming old town of Mougins, situated on a small hill, with its restaurants and galleries, is always worth a visit. The house itself is an old Mas, which is a very typical sight in the south of France. Nevertheless, it had been completely remodeled and furnished in a modern style. The light-flooded interior is tastefully decorated in a way that will make you feel comfortable right away. Thus, when you open the front door, you’ll instantly feel at home. The parque is located directly at the exit of the Domaine and offers several circular and hiking trails that are suitable for the whole family. You walk along a river through the forest and can often see wildlife. The routes are accessible all year round. The immediate vicinity of this national park may be used for picnics, walks with and without dogs, cycling or just being immersed by nature. If you play golf, you are in luck, because the prestigious 18-hole Cannes-Mougins Golf Country Club (6211m, Slope 145) is located right in front of the domain as well. This lake is home to the largest colony of lotus flowers in Europe and to over 70 different species of birds. A picnic here is particularly enjoyable. This special stretch of land called the Côte d'Azur has so much to offer and life here is just full of nice things to experience. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Mougins verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das eingewachsene Grundstück ist praktisch uneinsehbar und ist eine entspannte Oase nach einem Ausflug an die trubelige Küste. Die vollkommene Ruhe ist nur unterbrochen durch Vogelgezwitscher. Einfach wunderbar! Besonders schön an der Lage ist auch die Nähe zum Park Valmasque und dem L'Etang Fontmerle. Dort kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge unternehmen. Wunderschöne Tage in Mougins

We hebben heerlijk genoten. 
Het huis heeft zeker aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Een zeer mooi, schoon en licht huis. Je zou niet zeggen dat deze verhuurd wordt. Geen beschadigingen, kapotte spullen en/of vieze wanden. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, een ruime, mooie badkamer en zeker een pluspunt is de kleedkamer. 

En de gastvrouw, Eveline, is een erg aardige en behulpzame dame die snel reageert. 

Wij zijn dus zeer tevreden en kijken terug op een geslaagde vakantie.

Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine. La villa est tres bien équipée avec son joli jardin et sa piscine tres agreable. Tout proche de sites magnifiques et de tres beaux petits villages. Nous nous sommes régalés. La semaine a passé trop vite.

Tres belle villa tout confort au calme

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Claus war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war für uns (Familie mit drei Kindern plus Hunde) von der Größe mehr als ausreichend, die Einreichtung ist geschmackvoll und neuwertig, die air conditioning ist ein plus. Der Garten ist groß, ruhig und hat alles was man für schöne Sommertage draußen braucht. Die Lage ist super, man hat vor Ort alles, kann in der Nähe viel unternehmen und viele Orte an der Cote d'Azur gut erreichen.

Wonderful host, well kept family home, beautiful salt water pool, private garden, located next to Parc de la Valmasque. Valbonne and Le Vieux Mougins which are a short drive away. Claus will make sure you have what you need!
