Casa Guapita tranquil escape

I had a wonderfully restful and relaxing experience during my stay. After an exhausting day, I took a shower in the luxurious bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner were super nice and so was the water pressure. Then I took a much needed nap and passed out hard because the bed was so comfortable!! Thank goodness for the AC which was easy to use. I didn’t use the kitchen but all the appliances looked new and in great condition. I loved the green tile above the sink. There was even a beautiful deck with gorgeous flowers in bloom. I also appreciated the drying rack outside for my wet clothes. The apartment is in a gated community so it felt very safe. I would recommend 10/10!!!

Wonderfully restful and relaxing experience

Loved my stay here! The hosts were very kind, sweet and helpful. Was a super comfy bed, I slept great! The whole space was very clean and have everything I needed. MOST importantly as a solo female traveler I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Was a great area outside the hustle and bustle and felt quite at night . A short & cheap taxi ride into town where there is endless food + beautiful beaches. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here!

These might have been the best hosts I have ever had. This is a very peaceful and quiet place a bit away from the busy Playa del Carmen but close enough to walk to but you can easily get a taxi by calling one or walking 1/2 miles away to a large cluster of stores including a laundromat, and a mall-like structure (the whole area is known as Centro Maya). Another great pus is that you can take a taxi or 'colectivo'-- (community van-the latter is VERY affordable-50 cents) to get to three fantastic cenotes on the way to Tulum or Tulum itself. For me, the privacy and wonderful accommodations esp. the kitchen made my stay relaxed and enjoyable. You can always get to Playa and enjoy 5th Ave. the beaches, and a ton of restaurant, cafes and everything under the sun. Great security as well as it is in a private community.

Such a nice place! Modern and very comfortable yet cosy!! equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The house is surrounded by beautiful vegetation, really quiet, and the pool! Fran has been a wonderful host, gave us tips and chatted about the local culture and habits. Her underwater artwork inspires you to visit all the 'cenotes' and then come back for more :) Great place to unwind after the beach or diving, super recommended <3

Modern and very comfortable place

Independent apartment with a beautiful furnished terrace to relax in a new villa, very nice, convenient, comfortable in a quiet area. Francesca very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
