Beautiful three-bed, two-bath home in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. Located in a safe neighborhood, with 24/7 security and controlled access, just two seconds from the #52 Expressway and within striking distance to malls, restaurants, movie theater, bank, gas stations, Starbucks, and more.

The house has a private pool in the backyard, and is comfortable for six guests, with office space available in master bedroom, wifi included. Guests can access the full house with a backyard, private pool, laundry, balcony, and front lawn. There is washer and dryer on site. Guests can also visit the pool, basketball court, and kids’ playground located inside the housing complex. I am available for questions through e-mail messaging as well as text messages or phone calls.

The house is located by the #52 expressway, so it is accesible to everything, 10 minutes from Ponce, 50 minutes to San Juan. Movie theater, fast foods, restaurants, Starbucks and other coffee shops, banks, and gas stations are conveniently located in the vicinity. On the island we always recommend guests have a car to get around. The house is not suitable for parties, and because it is in a residential complex with other neighbors, music should be kept at a minimum. The use of the pool is limited to 10pm weeknights and 11pm on the weekends. Use of the house and pool is only limited to the guests of the house, and outside visitors are not permitted.

Casa Brisas, Santa Isabel

My husband and I along with our 2 daughters (20 and 21) and my mother were staying here for a wedding nearby. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood in a gated community. The house was even nicer than the pictures. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other 2 rooms have a queen bed in each. So, it was perfect for our family. The bathrooms have been renovated with modern white and gray tiles and the stove and microwave are new stainless steel. There are also air conditioning units in all the rooms. The pool was very nice with waterfalls and a perfect size. San Juan is about an hour away. Ponce is less than half an hour. So, you could do day trips to other locations. A shopping center with a grocery store and movie theater is very close. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great Vacation House!
