Enjoy the comfy cozy coastal feel of this family friendly ocean front home from either of the ocean facing decks or large living room. Share family style meals in the huge ocean view dining room. Cook up some culinary creations in our well stocked kitchen while watching the waves. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after a day at the beach. Located about 100 feet from the steps to a private beach, Del Boca Vista North provides guests with the perfect setting for relaxation.

Del Boca Vista North

This is the second time staying at Del Boca Vista North and just like the first time, it did not disappoint!! This house is in a perfect location to the beach so whether you want to walk down to the beach or sit on the deck and watch the family, you are perfectly situated! This house is also very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, play games, or rest. Communication with the host was super easy as well! All in all great trip and I would recommend this home to anyone looking to come down to Topsail Island!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at Del boca Vista North from 7/13 through 7/20 and it was the perfect accommodation for our family of 8 adults, 2 teens and 4 littles. Although it is a “B lot” beach front location, it is very much a beachfront home. We always had our family in full view at the beach whenever we had to head back to the house for whatever reason. And the views are spectacular both up and down the beach. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. The owner invested in high quality furnishings and everything looks professionally decorated! There is a game room on the bottom floor that everyone enjoyed (especially the air hockey table). There is also a cabinet full of games that helped to occupy the littlest ones in our group when they needed a break from the beach! There was even a wide array of streaming options for those in our group who wanted to watch tv from time to time. Mattresses are always a concern in a rental property but the mattresses in this house were extremely comfortable as well as offering just the right amount of support. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! There is enough flatware and dishes to serve multiple meals (you don’t need to wash dishes after each meal!). There is a huge electric griddle which was perfect for making a pancake breakfast for our big family. I really can’t say enough about this house and the owner. And the owner truly cares about maintaining everything in excellent condition. We would not hesitate to choose this property again the next time we vacation at Topsail!

Beautiful Beachfront Home!

Del Boca Vista North is an absolute amazing hidden gem at Topsail N Island, NC. We enjoyed the beautiful sprawling house with beach views, easy access, and everything you can dream to make your stay perfect. The beds and bathrooms were just right for our large party of 8. There is even an elevator! So great for all those bags and those of us with bad knees. There is also a fantastic Jacuzzi that is perfectly placed. I enjoyed every meal over looking the beach.

The beach house is right outside of Surf City, so no traffic but close enough for those yummy places to eat and fun activities. The beach is perfect.
The host is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best. She made the process super smooth and when I had a problem she easly made the adjustments to meet those needs. I highly recommend this place to stay. I know I will be returning as often as possible! Thanks Del Boca Vista North for a fantastic grt away to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday! It was picture perfect, full of sun, and salt therapy!

40 and fabulous weekend get away!

If you are looking for the perfect beach house with the most incredible views, you’ve found it!! The house is decorated beautifully and is stocked with anything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of space for the whole family & the game room on the first floor is the best addition! The owner made booking and check in a breeze. Hands down, the best beach rental I’ve ever stayed in. If you need me, I’ll be day dreaming of watch the dolphins from the hot tub.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
