Bayfront Retreat Close to Restaurants & Shops

Diane’s house was exactly what we needed for our family trip to fire island. We have two little ones (ages 2 and 4), so it was incredibly convenient to be right around the corner from the playground and The Pantry (grocery store). Restaurants are also right around the corner. Diane met us at the ferry and helped us with our bags, which was a huge help! The house has all the things you need for fun at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys). We would definitely stay here again!

Diane's House was everything we hoped for and more. The location is perfect (right in town), making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and everything the area has to offer. The home itself is so comfortable and cozy and has all you need for a beach vacation. The highlight was the incredible sunsets over the bay; we sat and watched every night from the backyard. Diane was a wonderful host, so responsive and so welcoming and made the entire experience seamless. We had a great time and will hope to stay at this beautiful waterfront home again!!!

Beautiful waterfront home

Diane’s home was wonderful, very well appointed. The house had everything you could want. It was clean and extremely comfortable with an awesome view of the Great South Bay. Diane was also very responsive and helpful when I reached out to her with questions. She also met us at the ferry dock with an extra wagon for us to use to haul our belongings. I will look forward to renting her house again.

Extremely comfortable, Awesome view of the Great South Bay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane & Joe's Ocean Beach bay-side beach house! The location is unbeatable—just a quick walk to the restaurants and shops. The house also gives you a perfect front row seat to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Everything in our rental was spotless, incredibly cozy, and had everything we needed to unwind, including a fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs. Diane was communicative and a fantastic host. We can’t wait to come back!

A huge thank you to Diane and Joe for our fabulous stay in Ocean Beach! What a gem of a house. Fire Island was a real treat, and our hosts made our stay even better. Thank you!!
