Private Muli-Family Oasis w Pool|Spa|Games

Great place to stay for large groups. Enjoyed the pool and the opportunity for all of our athletes to have a bed for to themselves!

Great place to stay for large groups.

While Alex and his team were exceptionally responsive, friendly, and attentive to our questions, our stay was marred by several maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we found the floors dirty and sticky. More significantly, the jacuzzi failed to heat. Although the team attempted to resolve this by offering a complimentary heated pool and a partial refund, the pool also failed to reach temperature. Maintenance eventually rectified the issue, but we were only able to enjoy the facilities on our final day. Key Takeaways • Service: 10/10 Excellent communication and staff attitude. • Cleanliness: 8/10 expectations (sticky floors). • Amenities: Major technical issues with the jacuzzi and pool, resulting in late-stay availability.
