Casa Alberto – Top Floor Apartment in the Heart of Fabriano

Casa Alberto sits on the top floor of a riverside building in the heart of Fabriano — calm, bright, and designed with intention.
Created for travellers who care about atmosphere and detail, the apartment blends original character with contemporary comfort: terrazzo floors, salvaged 1950s tiles, high ceilings and wide windows that open onto gardens, rooftops, the bell tower and the sound of the river below.
Inside, every corner has purpose:
• a full kitchen with SMEG appliances
• fast Wi-Fi and work-friendly spaces
• a bathroom built for actually relaxing
• beautiful natural light from morning until late afternoon
It’s private, quiet, and has that lived-in, thoughtful warmth that makes longer stays feel effortless.
Whether you’re here to explore Le Marche, work remotely, cook with market produce, shoot a project, or settle into a slower rhythm for a few days, Casa Alberto holds its own — comfortably, confidently, and without fuss.
Steps away are Fabriano’s Paper Museum, weekly markets, cafés, wine bars and the train station — with easy day trips to Genga, the Frasassi Caves, Jesi, Ancona, Senigallia, Ascoli Piceno and more.
Ideal for slow travellers, creatives, digital nomads, food lovers and design-minded guests who want the real thing: space, light, authenticity and comfort without compromise.

Fritto Misto Comune - Casa Alberto

I'm back home in Australia and still thinking about my time at Fritto Misto Commune, the time when I felt I was living like a local in regional Italy. From the moment we arrived we knew it was a special place - every element of the space was so well thought out and such a joy to be in.
