The house sits on a .80 acre lot but it feels like 1.5 acres because of the Corps of Engineers land between the house and the lake. It’s like having your own beautiful forest in the backyard. Come in the spring and enjoy the dogwood trees and the redbuds!
Outside in the front and back you have a large yard to enjoy and also you have access to the lake so what else can you ask for? The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We have quite a few full time residents, so be respectful and don’t do anything that would disturb them.
The neighborhood is very cool. We have THE TABLE ROCK AIRPORT just a mile away and at the airport you want to make sure to check out the DEPOT DINER. People who live along the runway have their own airplane hangars. It’s quite a site to see. If you would like, you can fly into the airport to get to the house!
Of course because of the lake we have countless lake fun things to do and I’m sure you are aware of that. However, there are so many things nearby that I want to share with you. I’ll organize them by how close they are to the house…

Lakeside Ranch Cabin with OPTIONAL HOT TUB

Lakeside Beauty exceeded all my expectations. All photo were accurate. Access was easy. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. We were a party of four and only used the loft and main level. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable and adjoining bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Plenty of closet and drawer space in both bedrooms.
The kitchen had a very well stocked pantry (spices, sauces, crackers, coffee etc etc).
The essential cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, glasses were plentiful.
The great room wrap around sectional sofa was very comfortable and a nice place to relax. We had no problems with Internet, cell orTV service.
Nice view of the lake from the deck.
Thank you Reed for your helpfulness through the whole process. We enjoyed our, stay very much, and would like to return in the future.

Golden Gem

we decided to book a last-minute trip before our older kids started for school. Reed was very accommodating he responded to our questions right away. The cabin is beautiful and it had everything we needed as far as utensils etc. we also really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as the beautiful lake! I we would definitely book this cabin again!

Tenant

We spent 5 days at this beautiful cabin! The area is beautiful and the cabin checks all the 5 star boxes. Plus, an awesome pool table. Reed, the owner was great to work with. There was everything we need and then some in the cabin and everything worked as promised. We hated leaving...thinking about when to come back!

Great Place!

The cabin was a fun place for our stay with teenagers. It was conveniently located to Eagle Rock Marina, where we rented a pontoon boat for the day, and Roaring River State Park, where we spent a day trout fishing. Reed is very responsive and full of suggestions for things to do and locations to do them. The cabin accommodations are very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed plus more! It was a beautiful stay for summer but I feel it will be breath taking in the fall. Would definitely book with him again if we decide to vacation in the area in the future.
