El apartamento se encuentra en un condominio nuevo. Es limpio y seguro. Encontrará personal de seguridad en el vestíbulo las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Importante: El apartamento cuenta con un sistema eléctrico fijo a la pared. Este panel se encarga de activar la electricidad de todo el alojamiento. Para comenzar, debe insertar la tarjeta en el panel (la encontrará sobre la mesa, dentro de un juego de llaves que contiene: la ficha azul para acceder a la torre, el control del portón eléctrico y la tarjeta para activar la electricidad del apartamento). Debe insertarla en el panel que está fijado a la pared mientras se encuentra dentro del apartamento. Al salir siempre hay que retirar la tarjeta, por lo que es importante llevar siempre consigo el juego de llaves al salir y al volver, ya que perderlo supondrá una penalización.
