The modern fully airconditioned villa is well located in close proximity to the beautiful village of Sissi with its natural Minoan harbour, bakeries, taverns and cafes. At the same time, it offers you a private, relaxed atmosphere in the midst of the surrounding nature. The entire villa has panoramic windows so you can enjoy fantastic views from every room. From the large terrace you can enjoy the heated pool and the panoramic view of the sea, the olive groves with surrounding mountains and the Sissi village. Watching the sunrise and sunset is unforgettable. You also have the possibility to use a big outdoor grill. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy and stylish living room with a Smart TV, an open fireplace and a bathroom. The first floor consists of two airconditioned large bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV, a bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the bay and the surrounding nature. On the second floor there is the third airconditioned large bedroom with bathroom, Smart TV and a small balcony, that also offers fantastic views. The private covered carport easily fits two cars and can be reached without problems in first gear.

KaDeView Residence II

Staying at this luxurious villa in Sissi was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a selection of snacks and drinks.
The villa itself is just amazing. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with a panorama of the ocean.

The villa is equipped with all household appliances that you could need. The dishwasher, washing machine, and tumbler made our stay incredibly convenient. Each room is beautifully furnished, with climate control, private bathrooms, and balconies with nice views. The infinity pool is a highlight, perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset or enjoying a nice morning swim.

The host, Konstantinos, was exceptionally attentive, making sure that every detail was perfect and our stay was as comfortable as possible. We could always reach out for him and he answered in minutes.
This villa provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and luxurious getaway, and I can recommend it to anyone . We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful vacation on Crete

The Villa is incredible! Such an amazing view, extraordinary facility and luxurious amenities. I was visiting the villa with 5 of my friends for 17 days and we had the time of our lives. From the pool you can enjoy the view over 6 Kilometers of Olive trees and the sea. There is a smart dishwasher, washing machine and Tumbler, so we were feeling like home. We were grilling with the provided huge grill as you can see in the picture :) Can only recommend!

Incredible Villa!

My friends and I have spent our holidays at KaDeView Luxury this year and upon arrival we immediately felt welcome. The host always prepares some snacks and drinks for the guests, so there is no need to immediately rush to the next store for food. All extras, like the aircondition, are being explained in a brief walk-through of the villa. The views from any floor of the house are incredible. Enjoying the beautiful sunset/sunrise by the pool is a must. I can strongly recommend spending holidays here and I will for sure be back for more.

Best vacation
