A modernised 2 bedroom apartment located in the harbour area of Puerto del Carmen, with panoramic sea and mountain views.   Located only 1 row back from front line, and just a few minutes walk to the bustling harbour area with restaurants, and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to Playa Chica, the nearest beach.
The terrace is a fantastic place to take in the  sea views, enjoy alfresco dining while watching the sun go down.

Vista al Mar - sea view apartment by JK Lanzarote

Accommodation in a quiet area and well located for walking and enjoying the activities. Several shows in the evening. Good bedding, clean. Large enough for 4 people and well-equipped. Clean in general, but the shower could use a good cleaning. Air conditioning only in the large bedroom, but it cools the room well.On the negative side, the fridge was too small for 4 people, and there was no parking, which resulted in a €100 ticket.

Spacious, Comfortable & Perfectly Located!

It was an amazing place to be, loved that everything is near by and walkable for the beach and restaurants area but I general was a 10/10

10/10 stay - Perfect location!

Absolute fantastic apartment with a lovely view. Highly recommend. Kristy was a fantastic host and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay.

Absolutely fantastic - Highly recommend!

Check-in with a key box at 2 pm is not great, but all the instructions are provided. The apartment is spacious and clean. However, a larger refrigerator and a dishwasher should be provided. Also, the chairs on the balcony are of poor quality. Sometimes the neighbors can be noisy; it depends, because all around there are only seasonal rentals. To sum up, we still had a nice 10 days 😊

Overall a great 10 day stay!

Great flat in good location overlooking the harbour. There is on street parking on the road above and close to local shops and bars. Supermarket down the road and Lidl about a mile away. Be aware there are steps up to the apartment.
